DongWon Development Co., Ltd. is a construction company based in Busan, South Korea. Its housing business covers apartments and residential space projects, while its civil engineering work includes highways, bridges, tunnels, subways, railroads, and industrial complexes. The company also builds power facilities, factories, warehouses, and seawater desalination plants, and provides advanced technical manpower. Founded in 1975, it was formerly known as Dongwon Housing Co., Ltd. and changed its name to Dongwon Development Co., Ltd. in 1978.
