It operates through three segments: PRC Property Development, Emerson, and PRC Household Appliances. The company is also involved in the distribution of houseware and audio products, the trading of household appliances, wires, and cables, and licensing businesses. Formerly known as The Grande Holdings Limited, it changed its name to Nimble Holdings Company Limited in February 2018. Incorporated in 1990, it is based in Tsuen Wan, Hong Kong, and is a subsidiary of Wealth Warrior Global Limited.
