Wing Tai Properties Limited is an investment holding company involved in the investment, development, and management of properties in Hong Kong, the United Kingdom, mainland China, Singapore, and internationally. It operates through four segments: Property Development; Property Investment and Management; Hospitality Investment and Management; and Others. Its investment properties include commercial, industrial, and residential units, serviced apartments, and hotel projects, and it is also engaged in hospitality management, treasury investment, and licensing. Formerly known as USI Holdings Limited, it changed its name to Wing Tai Properties Limited in June 2010; the company was incorporated in 1991 and is headquartered in Kwun Tong, Hong Kong.
