Minerva Group Holding Limited is an investment holding company engaged in financial services in Hong Kong. It operates through three segments: Financial Services, which offers securities brokerage, placing, and corporate finance advisory; Money Lending, which provides loan financing, vessels, and guarantees; and Assets Investment, which invests in debt securities for fixed interest income, properties for rental income and capital gains, and listed and unlisted equity securities and investment funds for variable returns and gains. The company was formerly known as Power Financial Group Limited and changed its name to Minerva Group Holding Limited in July 2023. Incorporated in 1992, it is headquartered in Hong Kong.
