Greater China Financial Holdings Limited is an investment holding company engaged in industrial property development, general trading, securities and insurance brokerage, asset management, and loan financing in Hong Kong and the People's Republic of China. It operates through four segments: Industrial Property Development, General Trading, Loan Financing, and Others. The Industrial Property Development segment operates a warehouse in Taicang, Jiangsu Province, while the General Trading segment trades consumable goods. The Loan Financing segment offers financial guarantees, loan financing, loan referral, consultancy, and micro-financing services, and the Others segment provides securities brokerage, margin financing, asset management, insurance brokerage, agency, and advertising services. The company also provides commercial factoring services. Formerly known as Greater China Holdings Limited, it changed its name to Greater China Financial Holdings Limited in December 2015. Incorporated in 1992, it is headquartered in Causeway Bay, Hong Kong.
