Its activities include property rental, wine wholesale, wholesale and installation of household electrical appliances and HVAC equipment, department stores and supermarkets, financing, transportation and logistics, and investments in debt and equity securities. The company was formerly known as China Automobile New Retail (Holdings) Limited and changed its name to Lisi Group (Holdings) Limited in October 2022, and is headquartered in Tsuen Wan, Hong Kong.
