China Cultural Tourism and Agriculture Group Limited, together with its subsidiaries, is engaged in property development, hotel businesses, and trading of food and beverages in the People's Republic of China. It operates through the Property Development Business, Hotel Business, and Other Business segments. The Property Development Business segment develops and sells residential and commercial properties in Zhongshan, and also provides agency services and operates clubhouses. The Hotel Business segment provides sub-licensing to hotel operators and related management activities, while the Other Business segment trades in goods and is involved in cultural tourism, e-commerce, agricultural products, food processing, and the manufacture and sale of hygiene products. The company was formerly known as TFG International Group Limited and changed its name to China Cultural Tourism and Agriculture Group Limited in December 2023. It was incorporated in 1988 and is headquartered in Central, Hong Kong.
