Ares Asia Limited is an investment holding company that trades coal and other commodities in Mainland China, Hong Kong, and Singapore. It was formerly known as KTP Holdings Ltd. and changed its name to Ares Asia Limited in April 2012. Incorporated in 1993, the company is headquartered in Kowloon, Hong Kong, and is a subsidiary of Reignwood Group.
