Zhong An Group Limited is an investment holding company engaged in property development, property leasing, and hotel operations. It operates through two segments: Residential, which develops and sells residential properties and provides property management, project management, and other services in Mainland China and Canada; and Commercial, which develops and sells commercial properties, owns and operates hotels, and provides project management and other services in Mainland China, Japan, and the United Kingdom. The company also has interests in theatre and hotel management, agricultural development, development management, project and investment management, construction design, and shipping. Formerly known as Zhong An Real Estate Limited, it changed its name to Zhong An Group Limited in June 2019. Founded in 1997, it is headquartered in Hangzhou, the People's Republic of China.
