It operates through four segments: Distribution and Service in Medical Equipment and Consumables; Hospital Operation and Management Services; Business Service; and Research and Development and Sale of Functional Food. The company also provides healthcare hospital management services. Formerly known as China HealthCare Holdings Limited, it changed its name to China Health Group Limited in September 2015 and is headquartered in Central, Hong Kong.
