It operates through five segments: Construction Services; Property Development and Assets Leasing; Professional Services; Non-Franchised Bus Services; and Medical Technology and Healthcare. The company also develops, sells, leases, and manages properties, produces and sells positron emission tomography radiopharmaceuticals for medical use, and provides security, tunnel, property, and facility management services, among others. Formerly China City Construction Group Holdings Limited, it changed its name in October 2016 and was founded in 1968, with headquarters in Cheung Sha Wan, Hong Kong.
