Fortune Real Estate Investment Trust

Fortune Real Estate Investment Trust is a real estate investment trust constituted by a trust deed. It was the first REIT to hold assets in Hong Kong and is listed on the Main Board of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited. The trust holds a portfolio of 17 retail properties: 16 private housing estate retail properties in Hong Kong and 1 neighbourhood mall in Singapore, totaling approximately 3 million sq. ft. of retail space and 2,793 car parking spaces. Its tenants span sectors such as supermarkets, food and beverage, banking, real estate agencies, and education. Established in 2003, the trust is incorporated in Hong Kong.
