The E&M Co., Ltd. is an entertainment and media company based in Seoul, South Korea, founded in 2002. It offers media platforms including Popcorn TV for personal broadcasting, CELUV TV for celebrity live broadcasts, and Celebrity TV, a real-time platform where celebrities interact with viewers. It also provides POPKON MALL, a live shopping broadcasting service, along with marketer recruitment and reward systems. The company was formerly known as Yonghyun Base Materials Co., Ltd. and changed its name to The E&M Co., Ltd. in July 2016.
