It is also involved in the production and sale of bottled mineral water, securities trading, mineral exploration and mining, and the provision of management services. The company was formerly known as Asia Resources Holdings Limited and changed its name to Zhong Jia Guo Xin Holdings Company Limited in January 2024. Incorporated in 1997, it is headquartered in Sai Wan, Hong Kong.
