Genexine, Inc. is a biotechnology company that develops and commercializes immunotherapies in South Korea and internationally. It uses a proprietary hybrid Fc platform for long-acting protein drugs and a DNA vaccine platform to elicit immune responses against viral infections and cancer. Its pipeline includes GX-H9 for growth hormone deficiency, GX-E4 for anemia, GX-G3 for neutropenia, GX-I7 for solid tumors, lymphopenia, and COVID-19, GX-P1 for autoimmune diseases and transplantation, GX-G6 for diabetes, and GX-188E for cervical and head and neck cancer. Formerly Genexine Co., Ltd., it changed its name to Genexine, Inc. in March 2013, was founded in 1999, and is headquartered in Seoul, South Korea.
