Egetis Therapeutics AB (publ) is a pharmaceutical company that develops and commercializes orphan drugs in Sweden and internationally. Its pipeline includes Aladote, in a Phase IIb/III clinical trial for the treatment of paracetamol/acetaminophen overdose and the prevention of acute liver failure in paracetamol poisoning, and Emcitate, in a Phase IIb clinical trial for the treatment of monocarboxylate transporter 8 deficiency. The company was formerly known as PledPharma AB (publ) and changed its name to Egetis Therapeutics AB (publ) in December 2020. Incorporated in 2006, it is headquartered in Stockholm, Sweden.
