Reach Subsea ASA provides subsea services in Norway and internationally, operating in two segments: Oil & Gas and Renewable/Other. Its offerings include engineering solutions and project management for offshore operations; inspection, maintenance, and repair services; asset integrity and pipeline inspection; construction support such as seabed intervention and surveys; and geophysical, geotechnical, and environmental survey solutions. The company also provides positioning services, support for offshore power and communication cables, geophysical monitoring for hydrocarbon fields, and environmental monitoring. Formerly known as Transit Invest ASA, it changed its name to Reach Subsea ASA in December 2012. Incorporated in 1909, it is headquartered in Haugesund, Norway.
