Vastned Retail N.V. is a European publicly listed property company focused on prime properties in popular shopping areas of selected European cities with historic city centres where shopping, living, working and leisure converge. Its property clusters have a strong tenant mix of international and national retailers, food and beverage entrepreneurs, residential tenants and office tenants. The property portfolio was approximately EUR 1,236 million as at 30 June 2024. Vastned Retail N.V. was incorporated in 1986 in Belgium.
