Affimed N.V. is a clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company focused on discovering and developing cancer immunotherapies in the United States and Germany. Its lead product candidates include AFM13, which has completed a Phase 2 trial for CD30-positive lymphoma, a Phase Ib trial for Hodgkin lymphoma, and a Phase IIb study for peripheral T-cell lymphoma; AFM24, a tetravalent bispecific epidermal growth factor receptor and CD16A-binding innate cell engager in Phase IIa for advanced cancers; and AFM28, an innate cell engager (ICE) in preclinical development for acute myeloid leukemia. The company is also developing AFM32, a preclinical ICE candidate for solid tumors. It has collaborations with Artiva Biotherapeutics, Roivant Sciences Ltd., and Genentech. Formerly known as Affimed Therapeutics B.V., it changed its name to Affimed N.V. in October 2014, was founded in 2000, and is headquartered in Mannheim, Germany.
