Kongsberg Automotive ASA develops, manufactures, and sells products for the automotive industry worldwide. It operates through two segments: Drive Control Systems (DCS) and Flow Control Systems (FCS). DCS designs and manufactures pneumatic and electric actuation systems for gear control and clutch actuation, steering column modules, and pedals and throttles for off-highway applications. FCS designs and manufactures couplings for air brake and air suspension systems, clean powertrain fluid assemblies, and chassis and battery coolant solutions. The company serves original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) and Tier 1 suppliers in the commercial vehicle, off-highway, and passenger car markets. Formerly known as Kongsberg Automotive Holding ASA, it changed its name to Kongsberg Automotive ASA in August 2014. Founded in 1957, the company is based in Kongsberg, Norway.
