Adicet Bio Advances Prula-cel and ADI-212 Pipeline

Adicet Bio is advancing its lead candidate prula-cel in autoimmune diseases and expects to report updated phase I data in the third quarter of 2026. The company plans to begin a pivotal study in lupus nephritis in the second half of 2026, subject to regulatory clearance, and will provide additional clinical updates for systemic sclerosis and rheumatoid arthritis later that year.
