Akastor ASA is an oilfield services investment company based in Bærum, Norway, operating in Norway and internationally. It operates through the segments HMH, AKOFS Offshore, DDW Offshore, and Other holdings. HMH delivers offshore drilling equipment products and packages on a large scale, while AKOFS Offshore provides vessel-based subsea well construction, installation, and intervention services to the oil and gas industry across all phases from development to project execution and offshore operations. DDW Offshore operates three Anchor Handling Tug Supply (AHTS) vessels, providing anchor-handling, towing, and supply services to offshore oil and gas fields. The Other holdings segment covers joint ventures in energy services and equity instruments. Akastor ASA was founded in 1841.
