Moleculin Biotech has priced a best-efforts public offering expected to raise approximately $9.3 million. The offering consists of 12,376,667 shares of common stock, or pre-funded warrants in lieu thereof, together with warrants to purchase up to 37,130,001 additional shares, at a combined price of $0.75 per share and associated warrant. Moleculin reports 37% blinded CRc in MIRACLE trial for venetoclax-failed AML patients

Moleculin Biotech announced updated preliminary blinded results from Part A of its pivotal Phase 2/3 MIRACLE trial of Annamycin plus cytarabine in relapsed or refractory acute myeloid leukemia, showing a blinded composite complete remission rate of 37% among 62 evaluable subjects. Among the 30 patients who had failed prior venetoclax therapy, the blinded CRc was also 37%, essentially identical to the overall evaluable population and roughly three times the published salvage remission rate of approximately 13% for this subgroup. Enrollment has reached 74 of the planned 90 subjects, with final Part A treatment expected in September 2026 and comprehensive unblinded results anticipated between December 2026 and February 2027. No evidence of cardiotoxicity has been observed, continuing to differentiate Annamycin from conventional anthracyclines.
