The Civil Engineering segment builds and maintains infrastructure such as roads, railroads, bridges, ports, and pedestrian and bicycle paths, and also handles landscaping, pipelining, foundation work, highways, street networks, parks, and water and wastewater networks. The Industry segment supplies products and services for construction and civil engineering, including mineral aggregates, concrete and paving products, temporary electricity, prefabricated concrete elements, frame assembly, crane and machine rentals, binders, transportation, and soil recycling. The Project Development segment acquires, develops, and divests residential, commercial, and public properties, and develops housing such as tenant-owner, condominium, and rental apartment buildings, as well as single homes. Peab AB (publ) was incorporated in 1955 and is headquartered in Förslöv, Sweden.
