Its solutions are used in semiconductor technology, mobility, aerospace, automotive, materials science, and renewable energy. The company operates in Germany, France, Italy, Switzerland, the United States, China, Taiwan, Korea, and Singapore, and also offers services including product and process development, soldering, welding, and heat treatment. Founded in 1977, it is headquartered in Wettenberg, Germany.
