Eolus Vind AB Series B

Eolus Aktiebolag (publ) develops, constructs, and operates renewable energy assets in the Nordics, the Baltic states, Poland, Spain, and the United States. It operates through Project Development and Asset Management segments, engaging in project development, divestment, and establishment of renewable electricity generation and energy storage facilities, as well as technical consultancy and asset management services. As of December 31, 2025, its portfolio included 6,409 MW onshore wind, 1,000 MW offshore wind, 3,102 MW energy storage, and 5,309 MW solar power plants. Formerly known as Eolus Vind AB (publ), it changed its name to Eolus Aktiebolag (publ) in June 2025; the company was incorporated in 1990 and is headquartered in Hässleholm, Sweden.
