Circio Holding ASA

Circio Holding ASA is a biotechnology company developing novel circular RNA expression technology for gene and cell therapy. Its pipeline includes TG01, a cancer vaccine targeting driver mutations that is in three clinical trials for multiple myeloma and pancreatic and lung cancer, and the circVec circRNA vector platform, a modular genetic cassette for the biogenesis of multifunctional circRNAs in human cells. The company has research collaborations with United Immunity Co., Ltd. for in vivo CAR-Macrophage (CAR-M) therapy and with Suzhou GenAssist Therapeutics Co., Ltd. to develop circVec-enhanced AAV vectors for in vivo cell therapy and low-dose systemic gene therapy. Formerly known as Targovax ASA, it changed its name to Circio Holding ASA in May 2023, was incorporated in 2010, and is based in Oslo, Norway.
