Q32 Bio Inc. is a clinical-stage biotechnology company that develops novel biologics to restore healthy immune balance in patients with alopecia areata and other autoimmune and inflammatory diseases driven by pathological immune dysfunction. Its lead candidate, Bempikibart (ADX-914), is a fully human anti-interleukin-7 receptor alpha antagonist monoclonal antibody that has completed Phase 2a clinical trials; it is designed to re-regulate adaptive immune function by blocking signaling mediated by interleukin-7 and thymic stromal lymphopoietin for the treatment of atopic dermatitis and alopecia areata. The company also develops ADX-096, a C3d mAb-CR1 fusion protein for ophthalmologic indications, along with other C3d mAb fusions and nanobodies designed for tissue-targeted complement inhibition and a range of other indications. Q32 Bio was founded in 2017 and is based in Waltham, Massachusetts.

Q32 Bio prices $200 million public offering

Q32 Bio has priced an underwritten public offering expected to raise approximately $200 million in gross proceeds. The clinical-stage biotechnology company is offering 6.03 million shares of common stock at $18.25 per share and, in lieu of common stock for certain investors, pre-funded warrants to purchase 4.93 million shares at $18.2499 each.
