IRC Limited is an investment holding company engaged in the production and development of industrial commodities in Russia and the People's Republic of China. It operates through four segments: Mines in Production, Mines in Development, Engineering, and Other. The Mines in Production segment includes the Kimkan and Sutara (K&S) iron ore project in the Obluchenskoye district of the EAO in the Russian Far East, while the Mines in Development segment comprises the Garinskoye iron ore project in the Amur region. The Engineering segment provides in-house engineering and scientific services, and the Other segment covers vanadium pentoxide production and related products. Incorporated in 2010, the company is based in Central, Hong Kong.
