Formetal Co., Ltd. is a metal forging company based in Seosan-si, South Korea, founded in 1969. It produces forged components for the wind power, defense, industrial machinery, automotive, and agricultural machinery industries. The company was formerly known as Hyup Jin Metal Forging Ind. Co., Ltd. and changed its name to Formetal Co., Ltd. in December 2009.
