China First Capital Group Limited is an investment holding company with operations in the People's Republic of China, Hong Kong, Singapore, and Italy. It operates through three segments: Automotive Parts, Education Management and Consultation Services, and Financial Services. The Financial Services segment covers securities dealing, underwriting and placing, financing consultancy, M&A agency, financial advisory, asset management, and private equity fund management. The Education segment provides management and consultancy services to educational institutions, while the Automotive Parts segment manufactures and sells absorber and suspension system products to original equipment manufacturers and the secondary market. The company also offers credit financing, fund management, corporate management, equity investment, and immigration consulting services. Formerly China Vehicle Components Technology Holdings Limited, it changed its name in September 2015 and was founded in 1951, based in Sai Wan, Hong Kong.
