Unity Group Holdings International Limited is an investment holding company engaged in the leasing and trading of energy saving products. It operates through four segments: Provision of Energy Saving Systems, Trading of Energy Saving Products, Licensing Fees for Energy Saving Products, and Engineering, Procurement, Construction and Commissioning (EPCC) of Solar Photovoltaic (PV) Systems. The company provides leasing services for energy saving systems and products, consultancy and project management services, and EPCC of solar PV systems and renewable energy services. It was formerly known as Synergy Group Holdings International Limited and changed its name to Unity Group Holdings International Limited in September 2022. Founded in 2008, it is headquartered in Wan Chai, Hong Kong.
