ABION Inc. is a pharmaceutical biotechnology company based in Seoul, South Korea, operating both domestically and internationally. It develops anticancer therapeutics, including ABN401, a tyrosine kinase inhibitor in Phase II trials for non-small cell lung cancer and Phase I trials for breast cancer; ABN501, a human monoclonal antibody targeting claudin 3 for solid cancers; ABN201, an antibody cytokine fusion protein for solid cancers; and ABN101, a dry powder inhaler intended as a prophylactic treatment for various respiratory viruses. The company is also developing ABN701 for SEBI infectious diseases, and ABN901, ABN902, and ABN903 for infectious diseases related to biological disasters. Abion Inc. was founded in 2007.
