OLBA Healthcare Holdings, Inc. is a Japanese distributor of medical equipment and pharmaceuticals, operating through three segments: Medical Equipment Business, Specialty Product Delivery (SPD) Business, and Nursing Care Products Business. The Medical Equipment Business wholesales items such as artificial joints, coronary stents, surgical instruments, osteosynthesis materials, ultrasonic scalpels, pacemakers, catheters, diagnostic imaging equipment, and life science reagents and analyzers, and also provides DNA analysis services. The SPD Business offers inventory management, medical material master and data analysis, and purchase management services, while the Nursing Care Products Business sells and rents nursing care and welfare equipment, performs home renovation work, and provides nursing care services. Formerly known as Kawanishi Holdings, Inc., the company changed its name to OLBA Healthcare Holdings, Inc. in January 2021; it was founded in 1921 and is headquartered in Okayama, Japan.
