IntoCell, Inc. develops protein-drug conjugates for cancer treatment, including antibody drug conjugates (ADCs), fusion albumin drug conjugates, and triple conjugates. Its pipeline includes B7-H3 ADC, which is in preclinical phase for solid cancers, as well as HER3 ADC, 5T4 ADC, and PSMA ADC for solid cancers. The company also develops Ortho-Hydroxy Protected Aryl Sulfate (OHPAS), a self-immolative group designed to incorporate various functional groups for linking targeting moieties, and the OHPASM Linker-toxin Library, an optimized linker-toxin library for rapid delivery of a preclinical candidate in novel ADC programs. IntoCell was founded in 2015 and is based in Daejeon, South Korea.
