The Global Ltd., operating through its subsidiaries, is engaged in the real estate business in Japan. It develops, manages, and sells condominiums, apartments, offices, and other income-generating properties. The company is also involved in real estate investment and brokerage, hotel development and operation, and sales agency services such as sales planning, model room management, contract work, and delivery. Formerly known as Global Juhan Corporation, it changed its name to The Global Ltd. in July 2010. Founded in 1998, it is headquartered in Shinjuku, Japan, and operates as a subsidiary of SBI Holdings, Inc.
