Capital Environment Holdings Limited is an investment holding company engaged in waste treatment and waste-to-energy businesses in Mainland China. It provides waste technologies and services such as technology development, design, system integration, project investment, consultancy, and operation and maintenance of waste treatment facilities and waste-to-energy projects. Its activities also include kitchen and hazardous waste treatment, municipal solid waste treatment, waste collection and transportation, waste management, construction waste treatment technical services, and recycling and disassembly of waste electrical and electronic equipment, as well as environmental restoration, restoration and operation of waste accumulation sites, waste-to-energy generation, and biomass incineration power generation. Formerly known as New Environmental Energy Holdings Limited, it changed its name to Capital Environment Holdings Limited in May 2014; it was incorporated in 2004 and is headquartered in Beijing, China.
