PharmaEngine, Inc. is a biopharmaceutical company based in Taipei, Taiwan, focused on developing drugs and therapeutics for cancer treatment. Its product ONIVYDE is a cancer medicine that inhibits topoisomerase I, an enzyme involved in DNA replication needed for new cell formation. The company is also developing PEP07, a CHK1 inhibitor currently in Phase 1 clinical trials for hematological and solid tumors. PharmaEngine was incorporated in 2002.
