GlycoNex Incorporation develops cancer drugs using glycosphingolipid antigen and human monoclonal antibody technologies in Japan and Taiwan. Its pipeline includes SPD8-P, a Prolia biosimilar for osteoporosis, and SPD8-R, a Xgeva biosimilar for bone cancer metastases, both in the BLA stage. It also develops GNX102, a humanized monoclonal antibody in Phase 1 trials for solid tumors such as colorectal, gastric, lung, breast, and pancreatic cancers; GNX1021, an antibody-drug conjugate that has completed preclinical stage for oncology; GNX201-ADC, an antibody drug in preclinical stage for solid tumors; and GNX203, a glycan-directed antibody drug in lead optimization for solid tumors including pancreatic, colorectal, and gynecologic cancers.
