Fu Yu Property Co., Ltd. develops, rents, and sells residential buildings in Taiwan. It also builds factories and undertakes contract construction projects. The company was formerly known as Spring Rain Development Co., Ltd. and changed its name to Fu Yu Property Co., Ltd. in September 2013. Founded in 1977, it is based in Taichung, Taiwan.
