It builds residential buildings and apartments for rent or sale, sells building materials, leases and sells interior decoration, leases real estate, and wholesales building materials. The company was formerly known as Signality System Engineering Co., Ltd. and changed its name to Sheng Yi Development Co., Ltd in June 2017.
