Everbright Securities announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Everbright Securities International, through its own wholly-owned subsidiary as the issuer, has applied to the Hong Kong Stock Exchange to update the listing of an offshore medium-term note programme established in 2018 with a size of up to 10 billion US dollars. The updated listing takes effect from 30 July 2026 and is valid for 12 months. The updated programme is unconditionally and irrevocably guaranteed by Everbright Securities International, with a keepwell deed provided by the company. The issuer may, depending on market conditions and operational needs, issue notes to professional investors in tranches during the validity period.
