Li Ming Development Construction Co., Ltd. is a real estate development company based in Hsinchu City, Taiwan. It builds, leases, and sells buildings, and also wholesales and retails building materials and provides interior decoration services. The company was founded in 1977 and was formerly known as M.E.T. Technology Co., Ltd., changing its name to Li Ming Development Construction Co., Ltd. in January 2007.
