Tera Autotech Corporation researches, develops, designs, manufactures, sells, imports, and exports industrial automation equipment in Taiwan and China. Its offerings include warehousing and conveying equipment for cleanroom, normal environment, semiconductor, and peripheral applications, as well as whole-plant automated logistics equipment for LCD, solar, 3C, and PCB drill industries. The company also provides automatic re-grind, product inspection, RGV, and lock screw machines; drill products such as standard, micro, large, UC, and slot drills, and router bits; CNC machines, welding equipment, and chamber processing machines; and measurement equipment including CMM products, laser trackers, and laser interferon meters. Formerly known as Gauss Automation Corporation, it changed its name to Tera Autotech Corporation in 1990, was incorporated in 1979, and is based in Taichung, Taiwan.
