Weds Co., Ltd. is a Japanese company engaged in the automobile-related wholesale business through its subsidiaries. It operates in four segments: Automobile Related Sales, Logistics, Automotive Retail, and Welfare. Its activities include wholesale of automobile parts, wheels, and car accessories; manufacturing of steel and high-end aluminum wheels; logistics and warehousing services; automotive retail; elderly welfare services; and real estate rental. Formerly known as Nippo Co., Ltd., it changed its name to Weds Co., Ltd. in November 1973. The company was founded in 1965 and is headquartered in Tokyo, Japan.
