The company was formerly known as Dafeng Port Heshun Technology Company Limited and changed its name to Yancheng Port International Co., Limited in March 2025. Founded in 1992, it is headquartered in Kowloon Bay, Hong Kong, and is a subsidiary of Dafeng Port Overseas Investment Holdings Limited.
