P.B. Group Limited is an investment holding company engaged in bentonite mining and the production and sale of drilling mud and pelletizing clay in the People's Republic of China. It operates through three segments: Bentonite Mining Operation, Financial Service Business, and Property Investment Business. The company holds a 100% interest in the Huanghu Bentonite mine, an open-pit mine with a permitted mining area of 2.1311 square kilometers in Anhui province. It also provides wealth management, money lending, financial guarantee, insurance brokerage, and other financial services, as well as securities trading, property investment, charitable institution operation, rental business, and wholesale of personal care products. Formerly known as HangKan Group Limited, it changed its name to P.B. Group Limited in February 2021. Incorporated in 2015, it is headquartered in Wuhu, the People's Republic of China.
