Aldeyra The

Aldeyra Therapeutics, Inc. is a biotechnology company that discovers and develops therapies for immune-mediated diseases. Its lead product candidate, reproxalap, is a reactive aldehyde species (RASP) modulator in Phase III trials for dry eye disease and allergic conjunctivitis. The company also develops ADX-2191, a dihydrofolate reductase inhibitor for primary vitreoretinal lymphoma and retinitis pigmentosa, and ADX-629, an oral RASP modulator in Phase 2 trials for COVID-19, atopic asthma, psoriasis, and alcohol intoxication. Preclinical RASP platforms include ADX 248, ADX 246, and other novel modulators. Formerly known as Aldexa Therapeutics, Inc., it changed its name to Aldeyra Therapeutics, Inc. in March 2014. Incorporated in 2004, it is based in Lexington, Massachusetts.
