Corgi Bay Area Based ETF

This fund is an exchange-traded fund (ETF) that seeks to meet its objective through active management by Corgi Strategies, LLC, its adviser. Under ordinary market conditions, it invests at least 80% of its net assets (plus any borrowings for investment purposes) in a portfolio of companies headquartered in, or with substantial operations in, the San Francisco Bay Area. It invests primarily in the common stock of companies materially involved in the San Francisco Bay Area metropolitan operating and business ecosystem. The fund is non-diversified.
