The fund seeks to provide investors with exposure to the U.S. large-cap equity market, subject to predetermined upside caps, while attempting to limit downside risk through a laddered portfolio of four FT Vest U.S. Equity Equal Weight Buffer ETFs (the Underlying ETFs). Under normal conditions, it invests at least 80% of its net assets, plus any investment borrowings, in investments that provide exposure to equity securities issued by U.S. companies. The fund is non-diversified.
